Do you believe in god....????

DO YOU BELIEVE IN GOD………??????

This is the question I like to ask to everyone who is my close acquaintance as the answer of this question reflects how much unsatisfied we live in our own lives………….

The answer I get mostly is……

“No, because god hasn’t given me whatever I wished for………..”

In my recent frequent visits to Hospitals where people sob more than they smile, I came up with a striking realization that what I am, where I am and what I have is much better than people who survive for their lives day in day out and hence I must thank almighty for giving me whatever limited yet precious assets I have which can be better utilized to produce more………….

Well, as we grow more as an individual, some personal aspirations, wishes and desires arise naturally to us which when remained unfulfilled can take the better of us and hence to shift the burden of failure, we try to blame the existence of almighty………………who is conducting all the proceedings in front of us…………

We live unsatisfied throughout our lives………….because we don’t thank the almighty for what we have  and focus more on what we don’t have…………….which is born out of an uncanny habit of comparing ourselves or by useless virtue of asking for more………………

We can’t appreciate and value what we have, we go to temples for the sake of a personal desire and not by the eternal faith in god……..We ask for more and more as the thirst and desires are unquenchable………….Because……..

Mind likes to chase a promised happiness at the cost of an available one………

Live satisfied for what you have, where you are and focus more on generating higher returns out of that……….. Because…………God also helps those who helps and value themselves……..!!!!!!!

So when next time someone asks you this question......think twice before answering.....

A sweet anecdote…………

{He asked: Do you believe in god?
She replied: No, because god hasn’t given what I wished for……….
He replied momentarily: Mujhe bhi to nai manga tha phir bh to mil gaya naaaa………… :p :p }

Leave the crust out........

One day a highly spiritual man took his 4-year son to an Italian restaurant where they ordered some pasta and breads. As their order arrived, the little child took the bread and start cutting it to segregate the crust out of it while the man was still thinking as to how to eat the bread…………….

His son’s act of cutting the crust and eating the soft part of the bread initially bewildered him but the very next moment; it gave him a life-learning experience……………!!!!!!!!

The little boy had the wisdom to focus on the good part of the bread and leave the rest……!!!!!

We human being, as we grow up and become more of an individual, tend to give too much importance to the crust part of our life…………..we try to distract ourselves or rather are distracted by spending too much time on focusing the crust of our own lives rather than focusing on all good things that happen day in day out in our lives…………..

We focus on the restraints or the obstacles that slows down the progress………..we focus on future uncertainty that lies in front of us………..we focus on activities of people who don’t belong to our priority list…………..we focus on all the bad things that is happening with us………..

And in the process, we lose the ability to have positive thinking…………..!!!!!!!!!!!

Well our thoughts do form our world and what we think about does grow in our lives……..What we focus on will determine our destiny and hence……..

We must focus on the good stuff…………!!!!!!!

I would repeat the same lines again………
.
“Life is not about managing what you have, it’s about managing what you don’t have……….”
